I’m very pleased with Mike. I actually had to use them twice this month. The first house they inspected had way too many issues and I’ve had to pull out of the sale. The second house had a great inspection and I am going through with the sale. They were quick to respond, available for each appointment when I needed it, and got the results back to me quickly. The inspector was very thorough and professional. He did an amazing job with my home inspection and was able to do it the next day! His website is very user friendly and his report was extremely detailed. He took his time to answer the phone, all my questions, and was happy to have me as his shadow throughout the inspection. I will definitely have him as my go to for anything I need done and will be referring him to everyone I know who is in need of a master inspector.

I reached out to Home Inspections by Mike regarding a sea wall inspection that I needed done within the next 24h. They are extremely detailed and do not miss much. In addition to being great inspectors their turn around time is amazing! After the inspection of the house the inspector pointed out things that saved us tons of money. We ended up not buying that house and thank goodness. We then used him again a few months later for our current house. He found out the pool heater was not working and we leveraged that for the price of the house. They are fantastic. I called Mike and the inspector was at my house the next day and kept me appraised of his arrival time. He did a thorough underwater inspection and explained all the issues in a way I could understand. As he promised, I had a detailed inspection report, with pictures within 2 days. I can only wish that everyone I have hired for home projects is as responsive, honest, and professional as they are. I would recommend this company without qualification.
